Certification by product line
- Solar modules: IEC 61215 / 61730 and CE where applicable.
- Batteries: UN38.3 for transport, plus IEC 62619 / 63056 depending on the system.
- Inverters and PCS: IEC 62109, IEC 61000, EN 50549, G99, VDE and other grid codes.
- Heat pumps: energy labelling and refrigerant rules per country.
Arrival and claims
- Transport damage must be reported with photos on arrival.
- Keep the packing list and serial numbers for later checks.
- Spare and replacement parts on request.
